I have a CR1000A Verizon Fios router properly configured for my home network. Everything works fine. However, I am confused about the settings under Port Forward in the router configuration: I like to think I'm pretty knowledgeable about network configuration, but I'm confused about these setting...I have a CR1000A, currently running 3.1.0.22. I upgraded from a G1100 (which also had IPv6 enabled) a few months ago, and have found some bugs with the new device. On the G1100, I was able to set up a static route that sends a second /64 in the /56 we are allocated to another device on my network so that I had a second subnet. i.e. the main prefix would be :1200::/56, the router would assign ...problems with CR1000a? I recently moved to a new apartment and got a new router with it, the CR1000a. Though the Asus grabbed the 2.4ghz band when the cr1000 inevitably crapped the bed, 2.4ghz was slow\low bandwidth with around 12mb\s max. If the cr1000 rebooted for any reason, all devices would connect to the Asus @2.4 and not connect back to the cr1000 @5\6 (useless beyond 5ft from router)untill I manually rebooted the Asus.Product Description.
